I went there to color my beard. I called before I went. The receptionist on the phone was nice and confirmed that they could do salt 'n pepper and even scheduled an appointment with the coloring "expert." When I arrived for my appointment, the "expert" told me that he couldn't do salt and pepper, but could do "grey'. Unfortunately, when he finished it was like brown/reddish in color. Completely, outside of what we had talked about. I looked into removing the color, but that wasn't a good option either. Overall terrible experience. Would never go their again.

Ask for David! I’ve been going to David for my haircut and beard for almost 3 months now. This is the first time I’ve stuck to one barber for so long and I have zero regrets. David is awesome and gives me the perfect haircut every time! I have already recommended him to some of my friends and would recommend him to anyone reading this as well!

I came in on a Wednesday which I did not think would be busy, but it was the first day before the kids went back to school from winter break so it was packed. I had made an appointment a couple hours earlier for 5:15 PM and did not get in a chair until 6 PM. I think their prices are fair for what they do, but it’s definitely not the same as some of the other places around here. They really only use electric trimmers for everything, unlike some people who do it more the old-fashioned way with scissors. The haircut itself was pretty good and he did exactly what I was asking. He didn’t talk much, but the guy was friendly. I wish they had music playing in there instead of just the news which was giving me anxiety. And I don’t really see the point of appointments if they are 45 minutes behind. They never offered me a drink or told me how long the wait would be after after all that time sitting there, I almost walked out. Noticed that day that the hair under my chin wear my beard is not completely even but apparently no barber I go to seems to make it symmetrical. I would probably come back at a less busy time.

Bad news first - It clearly mentions on their website & price list in the shop that they charge $ 20 for a hair cut, then Why was I charged $ 25? I did not get any special services, no beard trimming, no fading, nothing!!! However, it was a busy Sunday morning when I went and there were several people waiting for their turn so I did not get into any kind of arguments or anything. Anyhow, I am not that kind of a person. I even tipped them a good $ 5 on top of my excessive bill just because that is the right thing to do. But I am still upset about them overcharging me. Make a note of this people! Good news - Professional barbers, they cut my hair well I hope I get a reply to this review and if they fix this issue, I will definitely edit my review and give them a second chance at servicing my hair. Worst barber place ever. They don't speak English. I told him not to touch my mullet but he cut it anyway. By the time he got someone to translate my instructions for him it was too late. Half the time he was talking to his barber buddies and one time he even started facetiming his family in the middle of the haircut. The owner/manager is an idiot for not asking a new client our language preferences and pairing us up with random barbers.

Worst service I went there with my little son Hurr he is old customer of Ali babar seen 6year when guy started his hairs he was crying to don’t cut my hairs but I was showing hair style on my phone round 2 or 3mins but some another guy he came and said take him out from him all customers are disturbing that is not good service at all if kids are crying they have to wait not say get out I don’t like that shame on you all guys who is working on there including hassan too I ask him he said no three guys are free standing and eating lol pops how shame on your face

Recently moved to Richmond Tx. I've been extremely busy with work and haven't had time for a haircut in 4 months. I called to see if walk ins were acceptable, they were needless to say I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great friendly atmosphere. Clean environment and staff. Great place to go. My barber was very professional and detail oriented. I will definitely come back when needed
